A classic island cocktail gets a crafty update

When in Rome…make that when in Aruba! 

Adding local and regional touches to your destination wedding, enhances that special sense of place to your event. The craft cocktail scene is bigger than ever, and including a signature craft cocktail at a wedding reception is also on-trend. 

The “Cocopom Punch,”  created by a local mixologist, is a modern twist on the classic Caribbean rum punch, and a great signature cocktail to include in your destination wedding festivities.

Try serving it in a fresh coconut for a delightful presentation! 

COCOPOM PUNCH 

• 1 oz. pomegranate liqueur  
• 1 oz. amaretto liqueur 
• .5 oz. Malibu Rum 
• 1 oz. pineapple juice 
• 1 oz. orange juice  
• .25 oz. grenadine  
• Dash of orange bitters 
• Orange slice

1. Pour all ingredients over ice in a hurricane glass
2. Stir well
3. Garnish with a slice of orange
4. Lastly, drink and enjoy!
