Signature Wedding Craft Cocktail Idea

Hand-crafted cocktails are lively additions to any event, and these liquid artisanal pleasures add a unique component to island weddings.
Aruba’s reigning Iron Bartender, Danny van der Linden, shares a recipe for Lemonade Serenade, created for Liquid Craft Bar Services by Hollywood Smokehouse. This refreshing libation, with hints of fresh cucumber and ginger, is popular for catered beach wedding receptions.
- LEMONADE SERENADE -
Ingredients:
- 1 oz. fresh squeezed lemon juice
- 1 oz. simple syrup
- 2 slices cucumber
- 2 oz. Tito’s Vodka
- Splash of Ginger club soda (or ginger beer)
- Fresh basil and lemon slice for garnish
Directions:
- In a mixing glass, add all ingredients (except ginger soda and basil) and muddle.
- Add crushed ice and shake.
- Pour into a rocks glass or mason jar glass and top off with ginger soda or ginger beer.
- Garnish with fresh basil and lemon slice.
- Lastly, drink and enjoy!
