The contemporary eatery is a chef-owned establishment by Aruba’s first Iron Chef, Urvin Croes.  The creative and innovative Aruban-born chef was trained in the Netherlands and in Italy, where he enjoyed a solid career winning gastronomic awards and working in fine establishments, including the Michelin-starred Grand Hotel Karel V, in Utrecht, Holland.   

In addition to housing White Modern Cuisine’s chic and stylish bistro, the new Gold Coast Residence clubhouse features an outdoor terrace area overlooking a free-form zero-entry pool and expansive island views, ideal for al fresco receptions.
